  • SBIR Review, leading a team for the National Academy of Sciences reviewing the $550m SBIR program at the National Institutes of Health. 2002-
  • Director of Planning and Research for Community Services Networks, building an effective primary care system for inner city and under served communities. 2002-
  • LocalNet, a project focused on building local community networks in second and third tier communities. 1999

  • Local communities online, a consulting project for the Electric Power Research Institute. 1999
  • The Information Revolution: Urban Infrastructure in the Next Millennium, published by the World Competitive Cities Congress/World Bank 1999

  • Online: New opportunities for textbook publishers, a consulting report on textbook publishing for Houghton Mifflin 1998

  • SmartSource, an electronic information resource for telecommunications and the Internet, developed in conjunction with Deloitte and Touche. Project completed in 1997

  • Bit by Bit: Building a TransAtlantic Partnership for the Information Age telecommunications published by M.E.Sharpe, and supported by the Commission of the European Communities and the Economic Strategy Institute. 1996
